I Melt With You: disillusionment with their lives

I Melt with You is a upcoming movie this December 2011, American thriller drama movie directed by Mark Pellington. Richard as (Thomas Jane), Ron as (Jeremy Piven), Jonathan as (Rob Lowe) and Tim as (Christian McKay) are old college buddies that gather yearly for a week in Big Sur to reunite for a summer reunion and catch-up on each other's lives. Men at their typical forties, all with stable careers, families and responsibilities. As the week progresses, it leads them to face the apparent disenchantment that defines their individual lives. As the truth emerges, the reunion takes a much darker turn when a promise from their past is brought to light. In answer they decide to bring back to life a former pact by which creating a new world order to thus live and die.
